New game plan

I would like you to take a second and get your mind right for the rest of the week, maybe today was a failure, maybe it wasn’t, nevertheless it was your first opportunity to win your week. Win or fail keep going strong! Mindset Monday!

Happy Monday BB FAM! I’ve been thinking for a couple of weeks on where I want to take this newsletter, and I feel like this is where I’ve been led. Please feel free to give input on this idea, I would love to hear feedback, but I believe this will allow everyone to hear what they need throughout the week!

Mindset Monday, Toughness Tuesday, Workout Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday, Fit Friday, Simple Saturday, and Structured Sunday.

That being said, for this Mindset Monday, we want to be sprinting out of the gate, starting the week off strong. Hopefully as Sunday evening winded down you started to make a game plan for the week, and Monday is your first opportunity to take action on that game plan. Even if you fell on your face with the plan of action you still attempted. Never considered your failures a fail, they’re attempts, if you’re not failing you’re not trying. Learn from your mistakes and don’t sulk in them. So get ready for Tuesday and go at it again!
