Structured Sunday

A start is often times the hardest part of any journey, take action now, and get the hard part out of the way!

Happy Sunday BBFAM! I hope you were able to Win the Day! I want your structured Sundays to be a time where you think into the week ahead. Think about what you want to get done this week in order to get you to where you want to be. Don’t let the next 7 days pass by without doing something towards your goal.

That being said if you haven’t already, I feel like a good start would be to write out your plan. A year, 5 year, any amount of time you believe it will take you to get to your goal. Next break that into sub categories of months, weeks, and days. Sure you’ll veer off here and there. But a start will put you ahead of a where you were yesterday, and then stepping through that plan will prove growth.
