Toughness Tuesday

Take this challenge head on, 2 minutes, you can do 99% of things for two minutes, but this one you don’t want to skip on! Win the morning, win the day, have a great Wednesday!

Happy Tuesday BBFAM! I hope you were able to win the day in a great mindset and we’re able to get through any challenges that may have arose!

That being said welcome to Toughness Tuesday, this will be all about challenging yourself and testing yourself, this in return will cause GROWTH! Growth in your life, you wellness, and overall make you a better version of yourself.

To start off this series I want to CHALLENGE you, to do one simple thing… TAKE A COLD SHOWER TOMORROW MORNING! Incase you missed the challenge it’s in all caps above. That’s right first thing in the morning, crank the shower to the blue side, the one we all have and turn past to the red side every day. But tomorrow morning I want you to start your morning with 2 minutes in the cold. If that’s too long do less, push yourself be TOUGH! I guarantee it will be on your top 3 of hardest things you did in the day. The colder the better, you shower can’t and won’t get dangerously cold, though it may feel like it, I promise it won’t get that cold. Set a timer and jump in, take deep breaths and focus on anything but the cold. Embrace the challenge head on and reap the benefits. I mean it’s two minutes, you’re going to wait longer for the coffee you’re rushing to get.

Give me some feed back on this, preferably not fresh out of the shower because I don’t want to have death threats…. But as your day winds down take a second and see if you noticed any change!
