Action > words
Be the example you wish to set by walking the talk you speak. It is the most powerful form of leadership and others are more apt to follow if they believe in it by action rather than speaking.
As someone who is often asked how I stay motivated every day, I can tell you that my motivation comes from within. I'm passionate about what I do, and I love the feeling of pushing myself a little harder each day to be better than I was yesterday.
For me, setting goals is key. Whether it's a new personal best on a lift, hitting a certain achievement, or mastering a new skill, having something to work towards keeps me motivated and focused. But it's not just about setting goals; it's about taking action to achieve them.
I believe that actions speak louder than words. It's not enough to just talk about what you want to achieve; you have to put in the work to make it happen. And when you do, the sense of accomplishment is incredibly rewarding.
So, to anyone reading this, I want to say thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts on motivation. I hope that my words have inspired you to push yourself a little harder and be a little better every day. Remember to like, share, and tag them if you found this newsletter helpful @Bare_Barbell_co!
