Challenge your challenges.

By challenging what you are challenged with or what you see as areas you lack in or can improve in will allow you to see your true colors and where you stand within yourself.

The rest of this week I want YOU to sit down, and ask yourself, honestly, what are things of areas of your life you feel you are lacking in. Or that you can improve on to better yourself. If you magically can’t find any, come back in a better mindset and stop lying to your self. Write these out and then, set a challenge for yourself, this is where some self accountability will come in, because if you aren’t willing to challenge yourself and suffer the consequences when you fail which it’s okay to fail. But it is NOT okay to not hold yourself accountable, you need to WANT to get better.

.Setting a challenge for yourself can help you build good habits, boost your self-confidence, and give you a sense of accomplishment. Whether your challenge is to wake up without hitting snooze, do a 45-minute training session six days a week, or read a book, make sure to set yourself a realistic goal and stick to it. And don't forget to attach a consequence to help motivate yourself to achieve your goal!

So, challenge yourself today and see the positive impact it can have on your life. Thanks for reading, and we hope this newsletter has inspired you to take action towards creating a better version of yourself.
