Change it up! Try something new and push yourself to a new level!

Fitness Friday… I want to talk about variation, because I’ve been training for almost 10 years and I’ve seen alotttttt of the same guys doing the same things. Sure a lot of things aren’t broken and they don’t need to be fixed, but that being said change it up!

Find a new kind of challenge, keep it interesting, push yourself! It is very easy to get burnt out and bored, that’s why it’s so important to set new goals, fun goals, challenging goals, the worst that’s going to happen is you’re going to get better at something.

If you sprint, go for distance, if you lift heavy, go for reps, if you only do cardio, try weights, just change it up and try something new! Your body only responds to the stress you give it, like an hourly wage, if you work for 40 hours every week, you’ll only get paid for 40 hours every week…
