Blue lights between the hours of 11pm-6am greatly interrupt your circadian rhythm (sleep wake cycle) so try to limit your device use leading up to and within your first hour of waking.

Sip 6-10oz of water within the first minutes of waking as it will help increase your brains oxygen intake, and will start the process of flushing your body of toxins and by product that has accumulated during rest.
