Winning the morning in the first minute.
How to start your day with a WIN first thing.
Another day to have a great day!
Are you tired of feeling tired?
Over the next week I want YOU to start something new, this will be uncomfortable, but hey in order to grow you must learn how to be comfortable being uncomfortable!
Here what I want you to do to help you feel more energized during the day or at least start off the day with a WIN! Are you ready?
When you go to set your alarm for the next morning I want you to put either your phone or you alarm clock in a new place, I want you to place it out of reach... that's right where you have to get up and go get it! No snooze button, no give me 5 more minutes, get up and get after it!
Did you know hitting your snooze button even one time can throw off your circadian rhythm which is you wake and sleep cycle. When this gets interrupted it is extremely hard to feel fully awake during the day and will make you feel foggy and run down. Instead get up and start the day with a win, try sipping at least 6oz of water first thing as a start of your day.
In order to WIN THE DAY, you must first start it, and why not start it with a win. #excuseless
