How many things do you opt out of doing because they're inconvenient, boring, or you just can't bring yourself to get up and do them.

How many times have you gotten to the end of the week and there's a list of too do's forever long and you spend two hours of your valuable TIME trying to knock these chores or tasks down?

I started implementing one simple rule into my daily life that has made a world of difference in how my time is spent. This makes me more efficient, more productive, and keeps that pile of tasks down to a minimum.

It's called the one minute rule... it's so simple, and once you start implementing this you'll learn to appreciate it.

It can apply to any single aspect of your life from sun up until sun down.

Are you ready? Here it is... If it takes a minute or less to complete a task DO IT... don't question it, don't debate on whether or not to get up, because by the time you do all of that... the task could be done and checked off. Makes you regret all of those self debates you've had throughout the weeks, that's fine...NOW is your TIME to make the change.

P.S. wondering the first place you can implement this? Get up and make your bed, it's a fresh start to the day, and a clean way to wind down. Isn't it so much more comfy getting into a made up bed than gathering the ball of blankets from the previous night?
