Setback your setbacks
A healthy habit and tool you can use to get past setbacks, and use them to your advantage going forward.
How often do we have setbacks?
If you’re moving probably often right?
At least once per week if feels like something isn’t clicking. You can’t get the day going, and everything following that is either wrong, or just adds to the pile.
Society has taught us to just throw it under the rug and move on, but is that the best thing to do? Leave issues un-addressed… or can you use these to further project yourself forward.
Utilize every setback, every mistake, every crappy scenario you are dealing with. Write it down, analyze it, and use it to move forward. Even if you don’t right it down, take a minute to digest what is going on, and how you can either avoid it next time around, or be prepared for the next time so that it will not set you back as far.
This is a healthy habit I encourage you to do. It will also train your b**** voice who’s really in control and after many practice runs of this. That little voice in your head will start to turn EXCUSELESS, and become an asset to your life, instead of a liability talking you out of progress and opportunity.
