TOUGHNESS TUESDAY
Toughness is more than just the physical, emotional toughness is often much harder to deal with and create, and we push these to the back burner. Don’t let these situations slow you down and clog up your mind.
Happy Tuesday BBFAM! I hope you had a great day and were able to take another step towards where you want to be.
You guessed it, Toughness Tuesday!
With that being said, what all things do you consider tough? Yeah going on a long walk, a hard training session, getting something physical done. But what about the other tough things in your life? The tough conversations, tough relationships or even broken ones that aren’t yet mended?
There’s more tough things in life than just the physical, it can very well be emotional, internal, external, the list is endless, those things are on the back burner right? Why? Because we don’t want to confront these issues, rather we just push them down and let them cook.
This week I want to challenge you to confront one of these tough things in you’re life, you may not always be thinking about it, but it’s a thought you quickly get rid of when it rolls around.
I want you to challenge yourself and take this head on. It will feel so much better to get it out of you, and squash the problem, it will lead to an improved mindset and performance, because right now as it sits, it’s just water on your fire. I believe in you and your ability to control your situation, do it with confidence.
